Finally, we continue to provide customers with high-quality and affordable products, continuously improving production efficiency, delivery speed, and product quality, empowering them and helping them reduce costs and increase efficiency.
I. Designing Print Patterns Based on Customer Requirements:
1. Customer provides a fixed pattern.
2. Customer provides a reference pattern, and we modify and design the pattern based on their needs.
3. If the customer does not provide a pattern, we design the pattern based on their product and needs.
Finally, the customer confirms the pattern.
II. Providing a Quote to the Customer:
1. Based on the customer's actual use case, we match the paper material and calculate the quote.
2. Customer provides fixed paper material requirements and calculate the quote.
The customer will ultimately confirm the price.
III. Based on the confirmed product requirements, we will produce sample boxes for the customer and deliver them to them for confirmation. (A sample fee will be charged for new products, which is refundable once the order quantity reaches a certain level.)
IV. Once the samples are qualified, we will sign a contract with the customer and place the first order. We will monitor delivery schedules and product quality in real time and provide comprehensive after-sales service. The average delivery time after the customer places an order is 5-10 days.
